My kids' school is teaching religion and moral studies. I don't want my children learning about Christianity. It is an evil, evil thing, we are Pagans, we know all about the Burning Times in Europe. What should I do? Pull them out of the class or school?

I am just learning all about witchcraft. Somebody told me that a witch who can't kill, can't heal. I don't understand this at all. I thought witchcraft was all about doing good. How can I learn to kill and still be a white witch?

Dear Baba

I don't know what to do! My husband is having an affair! I just know he is. I love him so much, we have children, a home. I thought we would be together, forever and now this! I don't know if I can ever forgive him. My life is over, it is ruined!

Dear Baba

I have a problem at work. One of the women I work with is a bigot. She is always making comments about immigrants and sending offensive e-mails. I don't want to make waves, we are a small office and I have to work with her everyday but her comments make me sick and then I feel so low when I don't call her on them.

What do I do?

Baba is a immigrant. Been called many bad names because of accent and way of dressink. Baba feels sorry for people like this. They are stupids. Baba can learn bigger English and change clothes but stupids? They are stupids forever. No medicine for stupid.

You can see boss but may not work. Coworker just go under the ground with hate and stupid.

Easy way for you? Don't listen and throwing away of bad e-mails. You have job to think about.

Hard way? You make stand in front of train. You feel better inside and stupid understand you know she is stupid. Make life bad for you for while but Baba thinks maybe you get surprise. Maybe other people feel the same as you.

You choose what road to walk - easy road or hard road? Both roads are hard to walking.

Dear Baba

My husband and I have a problem. His family is Christian and they want us to celebrate all the Christian holidays with them. We are Pagans and these holidays are an insult to us. Why should we be forced to go to these family things when the holidays mean nothing to us or our children?

My husband says I am being selfish. What do I do? Am I wrong?

Tak!! You are wrong. What is wrong in your head? So you don't believe in Christ child, so this is big deal? Ni. Not big deal.

This is big deal enough to make family troubles? If Jewish family invite you to Shabat dinner, you say no? Or is just Christian that you like not?

These Christ child holidays make big time with the family. Food, much food and laughter. These days are for the children. It is good for children to learn, no? You want big dummies for dity?

You not smart enough to explain such thing to children? Maybe your husband should be raising dity. He is smart man. You are very selfish woman. Big deal beink Pagan. You are new Pagan and that Baba sees most clear.

New Pagans full of such silliness. Like little children with new toy, nothing in way of sharing. Always right are new Pagan peoples.

Go. Have the dinner, give and receive the gifts. Eat the shokolad. Make merry with family, they only family you got. Family is most important of all things in life. Be good person, forget new Pagan silliness and be good daughter, be good wife and mother. Too much fighting over who is right in god believing. Such silliness.

Dear Baba

My teenage daughter was sent home from school recently, for wearing her pentacle pendant to school. They said it was too controversial.

I am very upset and so is my daughter. Crucifixes and the Star of David are permitted as jewellery but not the pentacle? I am afraid to make too much of a fuss, in case the school victimizes my daughter.

What do I do? Not permit her to wear the symbol that means so much to us all or do I fight the school on this?

Baba thinks that maybe stand must be taken.

If religion jewellery is allowed then all religion jewellery be allowed. You must wear silk glove over iron fist.

Go see head person of school. Tell head person what pentacle is meaning. Tell head person this is religion. This is not controversy. Bigot, that controversy. Is there such thing as evil? You know like, demons and evil spirits and stuff? My friend says only men are evil, there is no evil out there, just love and light.

Evil? Of course, child. There is big evil everywhere. Evil live in peoples, evil live in earth, in trees, in air. Friend is not right in the head. Playing with tipping pot. To tell evil, it is not existing? This make evil very angry.

What? Friend think when evil person die, evil die too? Make no sensing! This mean to the Baba, when good person die, good die too. No sensing in this thoughts.

Baba see evil. Baba see many evil. Stalin evil, evil man. See it in eyes. See it in shadow. Black black man. No light. Was light once time but light sucked into shadows by evil. You think Stalin is good man now he is in other world? Bah. No. Still evil. Friend with Zhernobog I am thinking.

Evil always looking for people to eat. To think no evil is to be on dinner plate. Be careful little one and don't listen to stupids. You talk to the Baba.

Dear Baba
Everywhere I look, someone is telling me something different about how to do a ritual. Like starting in the east and working around and other people say start in the north. Some people start in the south. What is the right way?

Everybody know everything. No need for Babas anymore. You have internet. Right way? Everybody has opinion. Everybody has right opinion.
So many people know everything. Pah!

Baba knows nothing. Baba knows what she knows. Not what all experts know. Thing work for Baba, then? The Baba keep going with her right way.

When important work needs to be doing? Baba starts in north. North is start of everything. Dark before light. First there is dark, then light, then day, then sun goes down and all is dark again. All things start in earth. Sun rises and all will grow. Sun is high, all is harvested. Sun goes down, harvest done, almost time for resting and then? Night.

This is the Baba's way. You find your own way. Too many experts. Nobody wants to be student.
